Kuva Customer Portal: Browser Configuration to Enable Portal Access (AN-KS-002 Revision A)

This application note describes browser configuration changes to that might help with situations where Google Chrome and Safari users can’t load or login into the Kuva Customer Portal (Kuva Portal).

The Kuva Portal is the online tool provided by Kuva Systems to its customers for purposes of visualization of methane emissions events, as well as to configure and control fleets of Kuva cameras. Authorized users can access the Kuva Portal by entering this URL on their preferred web browser: https://app.kuva.cloud/#/.
